  • This depends on what your treatment goals are. Factors to consider include changes in treatment goals, treatment frequency, life events, and adding new goals.

  • I am not in network with any insurance plans. The full session fee is due at the time of service. However, I am able to work with most insurance plans as an out-of-network (OON) provider. I can provide you an invoice, or Superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

    Please call your insurance plan directly to determine what your OON benefits might be. Some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

    • I’m seeking out of network services, what are the percentage of Providers fees that are reimbursable?

    • Is there a deductible?

    • What is the maximum allowable rate?

    • How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

    • What information do I need to submit in order to receive out of network reimbursement?

    • What address do I send the information to?

    • Are there any time limitations regarding filing my claims?
