It is completely normal to have questions or feel uncertain about therapy. It can be a big step, and it’s okay to wonder if it’s right for you. Therapy is a space to explore your feelings, gain insights into your thoughts and behaviors, and receive support for the challenges you’re facing. Everyone’s experience with therapy is unique. It’s a process, and it can take time to feel comfortable and see progress. The most important thing is that you’re open to the process and willing to give it a try if it feels right for you. If you’re unsure, it might help to have short consultation where we can talk about what you're going through and see if therapy feels like a good fit.

I am not in network with any insurance plans. The full session fee is due at the time of service. However, I am able to work with most insurance plans as an out-of-network (OON) provider. I can provide you an invoice, or Superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I am happy to provide support and answer any questions you might have regarding this process.
Please also consider calling your insurance plan directly to determine what your OON benefits might be. Some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:
• I’m seeking out of network services, what are the percentage of Providers fees that are reimbursable?
• Is there a deductible?
• What is the maximum allowable rate?
• How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
• What information do I need to submit in order to receive out of network reimbursement?
• What address do I send the information to?
• Are there any time limitations regarding filing my claims?

• Suspected child abuse or dependent/elder abuse.
• Client and others safety: If there is any imminent threat of danger towards self or others, I am mandated to report it to the appropriate authorities, and we will discuss this step together.
